You and The Pintern agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
