Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking confirmation by email once your order ships. During peak periods (holidays, new releases), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS. A flat shipping and handling fee applies at checkout. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $35. Transit times are estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS First Class International. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Canada: 1–3 weeks
- UK & Europe: 2–4 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
- Rest of World: 2–5 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control. Tracking updates may be limited once a package departs the United States.
Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve from a post office or delivery facility, we will contact you. Re-shipment will require payment of a new shipping fee. We do not issue refunds for orders returned to sender due to customer error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, The Pintern is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office and file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation to support your claim.
For packages that are lost in transit (no movement for 15+ business days domestic, 30+ days international), please contact us at and we will work with you to find a resolution.
