Due to the small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@thepintern.co within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and any packaging damage

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the defective item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong pin, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received and we'll get the correct item out to you promptly.

General Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and size information carefully before ordering.

All Sales Final

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances:

  • Limited edition pins
  • Org-exclusive pins (LPiU, LTA, OPBSI)
  • Pin sets

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@thepintern.co. After that window, your order has entered our packing queue and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, The Pintern is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local post office and file a claim with the carrier. We're happy to assist with documentation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
